Making your mark on the world is hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. But it's not. It takes patience, it takes commitment, and it comes with plenty of failure along the way. The real test is not whether you avoid this failure, because you won't. it's whether you let it harden or shame you into inaction, or whether you learn from it; whether you choose to persevere.

It all started with a box of pocky today... Today I awoke in a not to familiar state of absolute soreness, feeling the movements of the awesome Alpha routine, choreographed by Gino, Marvin, Sunny, Joanna, some of it by Louie, and my favorite routine made by Joy. I had practice at 11, and I woke up at 10:30... so yeah I was that beat... I woke up to see in my bag I had my two usual boxes of pocky so I decided to eat the strawberry one, even though I like the chocolate ones better... I had some cereal and to my surprise my cousin calls me saying that he is with mitchell (awkward Crab) waiting outside to come get me. So I rushed out the door ready for another awesome day of practice.
The practise was really great, at first I was overcome by the pain of last days moves creeping up on me. Yet after lunch I felt sooo much better and ready to learn the new moves, and blocking for our upcoming performance. Practice was a grueling 12 hours >.<, yeah 12 hours... but I endured and had some great fellowship with some new friends, as well as pushed my self to new limits I forgot I had. It has been a long time since I danced last, so long ago I sometimes forget I am no longer 5 feet tall and 120 pounds... hahahaha excuses... but I remember why I loved it at a time, great workout, great experiances, and great friends.
As RYCON is slowy, creeping closer upon us I am worried that we can't pull off everything we want to, yet I believe that with practice and a little luck, plus the grace of God, we will be fine.
To end the day off, I gave my other box of pocky to loowa >.<, I knew there was a reason that I didn't eat both. HA! Good times.
Better Days ahead I hope.
RockFRESH.
